For listing agents

In this market, interest is too valuable to lose.

They like the house. They want to keep an eye on it. But something is keeping them from moving forward: price, payment, timing, condition, financing, or something you may not know yet.

follo helps you find out, and keeps the interested ones within reach.

Follow first. Lead later.

  1. What are buyers in my market waiting for?

Buyer Pulse: see what buyers are saying in your market

Buyer Pulse shows what local Realtors are hearing right now: rates, monthly payment, asking prices, seller concessions, needing to sell first, and the other things keeping buyers on the sidelines.

  2. What's holding back the people following this listing?

Buyer Feedback: hear from the people already watching

Every Property follo gives its followers a simple way to say what's holding them back and add a comment, and you don't set anything up. Nobody has to answer, and nobody is pushed into a sales conversation.

You see the totals and comments once five people have answered, never who said what. A follower's email reaches you only when they choose to share it.

  3. How do I keep them connected and bring them back?

follo: give that interest somewhere to stay

A buyer follows the listing. When something changes, like the price, an open house, a seller credit, a repair or the timing, you can bring them back.

When they're ready, they can ask a question, request a showing, or have you contact them.

Quiet interest shouldn't disappear.

Sometimes the difference is one change.

The hard part is knowing which change matters, and getting it back in front of the people who already cared.

Buyer Pulse helps you understand the market. Buyer Feedback helps you understand the hesitation around your listing. follo helps you reach those interested buyers again when something changes.

Understand. Adjust. Re-engage.

Have a listing with interested buyers waiting on the sidelines? That's where follo comes in.

Interested doesn't always mean ready.

A buyer may love the house and still hesitate because the payment is too high. Or they need to sell first. Or they want the seller to address something. Or they're simply waiting.

That doesn't mean the interest is gone. It may mean the deal isn't ready yet.

follo gives that quiet interest somewhere to go.

How it works

  1. Create a Property follo

Use the address as the title and add the list price. It takes a minute.

  2. Share the link or QR code

In the listing description, on the sign rider and flyer, in social posts and at the open house.

  3. Interested buyers follow

One tap from the follo page. You see how many are following.

  4. Send an update when something changes

Pick a ready-made message or write your own, and every follower hears it.

Perfect for open houses and listings

An open house: a kitchen island with a vase of flowers, a stack of listing flyers and a follo QR code card on a stand that says Scan to follow, get updates on this home, with an Open house sign beside it.
Open houses. Set the QR code by the sign-in sheet. Visitors who aren't ready to talk follow on the way out.
An online listing for 14 Alder Lane: a photo of the house, the price of $429,000, a Schedule a showing button, and a box below it that says Not ready to tour? Follow this home, with the link follo.ad/f/7K4M2QH.
Listings. Paste the link into the listing description and your property site. Browsers who aren't ready to tour follow instead of clicking away.

Works alongside the marketing you're already doing

follo doesn't replace the MLS, listing sites, your property website, social ads, signs or open houses. It's one more link on them, for the buyer who isn't ready for the bigger step.

Questions

Do I need an MLS integration?

No. follo is a link and a QR code you add to the marketing you already do. It doesn't connect to the MLS.

My website already has a Save button. Why add follo?

A save stays on that one site, and the site decides what the buyer hears, if anything. A follo goes everywhere the listing does, from the listing description to the sign and the open house, and you write the updates yourself: the price change, the open house, the seller incentive.

Who sees a follower's feedback?

You see the totals and comments once five people have answered, never who gave which answer. A follower's email reaches you only when they share it, by asking a question, requesting a showing or asking you to contact them.

Can the price go up?

Yes. A property's Price change template covers a rise or a drop.

What happens when it sells?

Mark the follo sold and send the Sold update; followers learn it's off the market.
