What follo provides

follo lets a seller create a follow page for an item listed elsewhere and lets shoppers request seller-initiated price-drop emails. follo is not the marketplace, seller, buyer, payment processor for the item, shipping provider, or a party to the item transaction.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to the email account used for passwordless sign-in and for activity performed through your authenticated follo session.

Seller responsibilities

A seller must have the right to publish the item information and thumbnail they submit, must provide an accurate external listing URL, and must keep item availability and price information reasonably current. A seller may notify only people who followed that specific item and may not use follo for arbitrary bulk email. A seller who receives a follower's email address, because that follower chose to share it, may use it only to contact that follower about what the seller offers through follo, must honor a request to stop, and is responsible for any copy they save or export.

Shopper responsibilities

A shopper must use an email address they control. Following expresses interest in item updates; it is not a reservation, offer, purchase, or guarantee that an item remains available.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions until cancelled. Plan limits apply account-wide. Current prices and limits appear on the Pricing page. Cancelling a subscription does not undo charges already incurred and may change future item retention and notification capacity.

Payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not use follo to break the law, impersonate another person, publish content you lack the right to use, probe or bypass access controls, manufacture followers, upload email lists, send unsolicited messages, or interfere with the service.

External listings

follo does not verify an external listing, item, seller, shopper, price, condition, availability, marketplace policy, or transaction. Use the original marketplace and your own judgment before transacting.

Service changes

follo may change, suspend, or discontinue MVP features and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or its users.

Disclaimers and limitation

The MVP is provided as available without a promise that every message, listing, or external link will remain available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, follo is not responsible for an external listing or transaction, indirect loss, or a failure outside follo's reasonable control.
