How billing works
-
What counts as an active follo?
Any follo with a live page accepting new followers. Mark one sold, unpublish it or delete it and the slot frees up. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
-
What happens at the email cap?
Sending email pauses for the rest of the billing period rather than charging you overage. Followers still get your message in follo. Allowances are account-wide and reset with the Stripe billing period.
-
Can I switch plans?
Any time, both directions, from the billing portal. Your followers stay put.
-
Does follo take a cut of the sale?
No. follo charges for notification and active-follo capacity. The marketplace or seller remains responsible for the transaction.
